This realtor in turn, interviewed 15 realtors in the Melbourne, FL area from where I was moving, to list and sell my home. Needless to say, she found the BEST! During my interview with Cindy Forstall and Jane Marie Sterrett of Sotheby’s International Realty, I knew immediately that I had found professionals who would far exceed my expectations. These ladies worked tirelessly throughout the entire process. When I had questions or concerns, they were always promptly addressed. When the homeowner association declined my request for an estate sale, Cindy and Jane Marie, along with their husbands, jumped in to assist us with the community yard sale, which luckily was scheduled during my moving time. They were here working through the entire process. If I had to be out of town during routine maintenance or repairs on my home, they were here to fill the void. Never have I experienced such great assistance as these ladies provided. Out of a rating of 0 to 10, with 10 being the very best, I give Cindy and Jane Marie a 10+ rating.
